Jennifer Tang is a Senior Yoga Teacher, Trainer & Director of Carja Yoga Academy. She is the co-founder of Carja Yoga Studio and a previous owner of CNJ Tuition Centre, with 10+ years of tutoring & educating students in academia and personal development.
She is also a Health/Holistic Coach, with 1,000+ hours of training in yoga and 10,000+ hours of coaching clients & educating students.
Jennifer has practised yoga for over 10 years, which has improved her overall well-being. These benefits were especially important to Jennifer during a busy and stressful time in her life. She quit her corporate box, and pursued the path of yoga, teaching yoga around the world, from India to USA and Australia.
As an author, Jennifer is excited to release her upcoming books, “The Urban Yogi Handbook: A Yogic Guide To Awaken Your Authentic Power.”
In Jennifer’s class, you will experience her uniquely soothing and calming voice, as well as her supportive approach. Jennifer believes that guiding students through yoga is most effective through nurturing to deepen the practice, over forceful assistance.
Caroline Tang started her yogic journey over 10 years ago. She has studied with many yogi gurus around the world including Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley who are founders of Yin Yoga.
Caroline graduated from a Bachelor of Psychology and has an extensive knowledge of how the mind works. She has a strong appreciation for the integration of the mind, body and soul, as a unified being. She has been teaching for over a decade in various personal development facets, and is passionate about helping youth and adults connect with their greatest potential.
Caroline is a trained therapist with a background in Masters Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, MBraining, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Chakra Balancing, Psychosomatic Therapy, including Emotional Release Bodywork, and Intuitive Counselling. She delivers her expertise, knowledge and experience, from the different modalities and incorporates them eloquently to the courses offered at Carja Yoga.
