This class is a classical and traditional practice, incorporating static & balancing poses. Great for building strength, flexibility & stability, as you hold each pose for longer breath counts.

Mandala Yoga

This class uses cross-mats, allowing the practitioner to move in all directions. It incorporates yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and visualisation, so the body feels strong, stretched, balanced and calm at the end of class.

Advance Vinyasa

This class involves co-ordination of movement & breath,
and is great for cardiovascular exercise, with an opportunity to try out and play with advanced poses, such as arm balances and inversions.

sculpt the body. Dumbbells may also be used in this
